2013年部署在塔里木盆地塔中北坡順南地區的順南4、順南5井取得重大突破,因此對西北油田分公司的氣藏開發水平提出了新要求。以雅克拉氣田為代表,以往的試氣技術研究集中在碎屑巖藏的產能計算、由于反凝析現象造成的儲層分帶性認識等方面。本項目對碳酸鹽巖氣藏的試氣設計進行深入研究,形成一套針對裂縫-孔洞型的試氣設計方法,包括縫-洞型干氣藏產量預測方法,試氣生產制度優化設計和地面流程優化設計。

縫-洞型干氣藏產量預測方法研究:井口壓力折算方法研究。井無計量時產量估算。絕對無阻流量的估算。生產壓差計算。

試氣生產制度優化設計研究:最小臨界攜液產量預測。最大沖蝕產量計算。工作制度(油嘴)設計。

地面流程優化設計:節流后溫度計算方法研究。水合物預測方法。防止水合物生成回壓控制技術研究。

碳酸鹽巖儲層試氣設計技術應用。

目前對碳酸鹽巖氣藏的試氣設計方法國內外暫時沒有深入研究。項目研究成果及技術政策適用于整個碳酸鹽巖縫洞型油藏,針對碳酸巖氣藏的地質特征和儲層特點,找出制約氣井生產的因素,優化采氣工藝方式及采收率,編制配套的鉆井、完井、增產措施、工作制度、采氣工藝方案,對于氣井的產能預測和保證生產,具有重要的指導意義。產品實現了氣井工作制度設計一鍵化操作,為試氣設計提供依據,可形成提高采收率的主導技術,實現油藏的高效開發,具有很高的推廣價值。

Based on the Yakera gas field, the previous research on gas test technology has focused on the productivity calculation of clastic reservoir and the understanding of reservoir zonation caused by reverse condensate phenomenon, In this project, the gas test design of carbonate gas reservoir is deeply studied, and a set of gas test design methods for fracture-hole type are formed, including the production prediction method of fracture-hole dry gas reservoir, the optimization design of gas test production system and the optimization design of surface process.

Study on production prediction method of fracture-hole dry gas reservoir: research on wellhead pressure conversion method. Production estimation when there is no measurement in a well. Estimation of absolute open flow capacity. Calculation of production pressure difference.

Study on optimal design of gas test production system: minimum critical liquid carrying output prediction. Calculation of maximum erosion yield. Work system (nozzle) design.

Ground process optimization design: research on temperature calculation method after throttling. Hydrate prediction method. Research on back pressure control technology to prevent hydrate formation.

Application of gas test design technology in carbonate reservoir.

At present, there is no in-depth study on the gas test design method of carbonate gas reservoir domestic and abroad. The research results and technical policies of the project are suitable for the whole carbonate fracture-hole reservoir. According to the geological characteristics and reservoir characteristics of carbonate gas reservoir, the factors restricting gas well production are found out, the gas recovery technology mode and recovery factor are optimized, and the matching drilling, well completion, production increase method, working system and gas production scheme are of great guiding significance for gas well productivity prediction and production guarantee. The product realizes the one-key operation of gas well working system design, provides the basis for gas test design, forms the leading technology to improve oil recovery, and realizes the efficient development of reservoir, which has high popularization value.
